Responsibilities:

1. Understand the needs of the target market, competitive situation, research, collect, organize market information, customer information, supplier information, partner information, develop the market, find customers and establish contact, complete the sales target.

2. Timely follow-up of customer needs, maintain good relations with customers, regular communication and consultation with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and continuity of cooperation.

3. Positively respond to customer inquiries and ensure effective follow-up and daily maintenance to improve the business turnover rate.

4. Responsible for the reception and negotiation of international customers.

5. Provide after-sales service work to solve customers' problems and complaints.


Tenure requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in engineering, foreign trade, management and so on.

2. 1 year and above industry sales, manufacturing management, investment banking, management consulting and other related work experience;

3. Fluent in English listening, reading and writing;

Responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

2.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders in Europe.

3.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand current market trends.

4.Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and industry events.

5.Work with engineering and business team to understand technical aspects of products and services for effective marketing.

6.Manage and oversee marketing campaigns and promotions.

Qualification:

1. At least 5 years of technical sales experience, preferably in the aviation and aerospace industries.

2. Experience in international business environment, strong project management skills.

3.It has mature and stable customer resources and can help enterprises deepen and expand business with these customers, including but not limited to GE Aviation; SAFRAN; Rolls-Royce; Pratt & Whitney;  Honeywell and other customers.

4. Team player; ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment with cross-functional teams.

5. Can accept appropriate travel arrangements.
